Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described. Perishable food items and opened alcoholic beverages cannot be returned for change of mind.
  • You must notify us of any damaged, faulty or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery by contacting customer services with your order number and photos of the issue.
  • We will advise whether to dispose of the item or to return it to us. If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Which will probably take place during your next delivery cycle.
  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, faulty or incorrect item), we will cover reasonable return shipping costs and will, at our discretion, offer a full refund, replacement, or credit. If the return is for any other reason that we agree to accept, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and any refund will be issued subject to inspection and in the condition in which the item is returned.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item (or, if earlier, of us confirming that no return is required).
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these terms.
